Inside Sales - Customer Development
Responsibilities
Inside sales position for a responsible, highly motivated, goal oriented individual.
Responsible for developing sales programs and achieving ISD's revenue objectives for software and maintenance sales to current customers.
- Contact customers through phone and email to assure software license remains active.
- Work with marketing dept to design and implement email campaigns and follow up with customers.
- Call customers quarterly to assure satisfaction.
- Interact with tech support team and follow up with customers to assure satisfactory resolution of technical issues.
- Print reports about the status of renewals.
- Monitor timely payment and call for overdue invoices
- Prospect and sell via outbound telephone activity.
- Sell new ISD software and licenses to current customers.
- Work as a team with other sales representatives.
- Follow up and close sales leads from various sources.
- Submit weekly sales forecasts and prospect lists.
- Maintain at or above quota level of performance.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
- Pass leads to other ISD sales reps.
- Work in a cooperative spirit with ISD colleagues.
- Participate in seminars and trade shows if required.
- Master demonstrations of ISD software products.
- Perform tasks and responsibilities in a professional and dignified manner.
Requirements
Must work well in a team environment, possess excellent telephone selling skills, have knowledge of software applications and have the ability to prospect/qualify.
Four year college degree in Business or related field required.
